Terms of service

These terms apply to services provided by Affixup LLC under the Affixup Digital and Field Front Desk names. Prepaws bookings are covered by the Prepaws terms at prepaws.com.
Quotes and scope
Every project or monthly plan starts with a written quote listing the work, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.
Payment
- Projects: 50% before work starts and 50% on completion, unless the quote says otherwise.
- Monthly plans: billed in advance at the start of each service month.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days, in US dollars.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us the access, content and approvals we need on time, and confirm you have the right to use any material you provide. Your business and products must be legal where you sell them. We do not provide services for illegal products, adult content, gambling, or businesses without a licence they need.
Results
Search rankings, ad performance and sales depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform changes. We commit to doing the work in the quote and reporting on it honestly, but we do not guarantee specific rankings or revenue.
Ownership
When an invoice is paid in full, you own the website, content and design files we created for you. With your permission we may show the work in our portfolio.
Cancelling a monthly plan
You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Work already paid for in the current month will be completed.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
