This policy explains how Affixup LLC ("Affixup", "we") collects and uses personal information on affixup.com and when we provide Affixup Digital services. Prepaws has its own privacy policy at prepaws.com.
Information we collect
- Details you send through the contact form or by email: name, company, email, website and message.
- Access to accounts you choose to share with us to deliver services, such as your website or ad accounts.
- Billing details needed to invoice you. Card details are entered on our payment provider's page and are not stored by us.
- Basic technical data in our web host's server logs, such as IP address and pages visited.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
- To send invoices, receipts and service reports.
- To keep records required by law, such as tax records.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business, such as our web host, email provider, payment processor, and the team members and contractors who deliver your project. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails for up to two years. Client and billing records for as long as tax law requires, usually seven years.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@affixup.com. We reply within 30 days.
Security
We use HTTPS on this website, limit access to client data to the people who need it, and remove our access to client accounts when a project ends.
