It depends on the scope. After the free audit you get a written quote with a fixed monthly or project price, so there are no surprises. You can stop a monthly plan with 30 days' notice.
Who actually does the work?
Your project is managed and invoiced by Affixup LLC. The work is done by our own team in Bangladesh: designers, developers, writers and SEO specialists who work from our office in Patuakhali or remotely from other districts. For specialist tasks we also hire vetted freelancers through Upwork, under our supervision. You have one point of contact throughout.
Do you guarantee first place on Google?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking, because search engines change constantly. We commit to the work in your plan and report the results transparently every month.
Do I own my website and content?
Yes. Once the invoice is paid, the website, content and design files we created for you are yours.
Which businesses do you not work with?
We do not market products or services that are illegal where they are sold, adult content, gambling, or businesses that need a licence they do not have.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice from Affixup LLC that you can pay online by card or US bank transfer. Payment terms are in our terms of service.
